7.1 — Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus of up to ৳8,000 is available on your first deposit at laky9. For example, if you deposit ৳8,000, you will receive an additional ৳8,000 as a bonus.

7.2 — Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. This means that for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

7.3 — General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per account.
• Bonus offers must be used before they expire.
• laky9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus funds and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Account identity verification must be completed to take advantage of bonus benefits.

All gaming activities on laky9 are conducted under specific rules:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, that round will be considered void and the bet will be refunded.
• The outcome of all games is determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer system.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on laky9. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another user's account credentials or conducting transactions through fraud.
• Conducting cyber attacks, hacking, or harmful activities against the platform.
• Allowing a minor to use an account.

laky9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice or with advance notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms is violated.
• If identity verification is refused or false information is provided.
• If evidence of prohibited activities (Section 9) is found.
• Upon instruction from a court or law enforcement agency.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (subject to specific policy).

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time via live chat or email. Any legitimate balance remaining in the account will be given the opportunity to be withdrawn before closure, however bonus funds will be cancelled.
